At InburgeringExam.nl, we are committed to ensuring a positive user experience. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for a refund under the conditions outlined below.
1. 7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your Pro Membership purchase, you may request a refund within 7 calendar days of the original purchase date, provided that:
- You have used fewer than 10 practice exercises
If you exceed this usage threshold, your refund request will not be eligible for approval.
2. Subscription Policy
For subscription-based memberships (e.g., 1-month, 3-month, or 6-month plans), the following policies apply:
- Active Period: When you purchase a subscription, you will have access to all Pro Membership features for the entire duration of the subscription period you paid for.
- Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. If you cancel before your current subscription period ends, you will retain access to all features until the end of the period you have already paid for. No refunds will be issued for the remaining time in your current subscription period.
- No Automatic Renewal After Cancellation: Once you cancel your subscription, it will not automatically renew after your current subscription period expires. You will not be charged for any future billing cycles after cancellation.
- Automatic Renewal: If you do not cancel your subscription, it will automatically renew at the end of each subscription period (1-month, 3-month, or 6-month, depending on your plan). You will be charged the same subscription fee for the next period.
- Price Changes: If the subscription price changes, your subscription may renew at the new price. You may cancel before the renewal date to avoid being charged at the new price.
- Refunds for Subscriptions: Subscription purchases are subject to the same 7-day satisfaction guarantee outlined in Section 1, provided you meet the usage requirements. After the 7-day window, subscription fees are non-refundable, but you may cancel to prevent future charges.

3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us at info@inburgeringexam.nl with the following details:
- Your full name and registered email address
- The date of purchase
- A brief explanation for your refund request
We will review your request within 3–5 business days and notify you of the outcome.
4. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be granted in the following situations:
- Requests made after the 7-day window
- Accounts that have used 10 or more exercises
- Dissatisfaction due to performance or exam outcomes
- Cases of account abuse or sharing (violating our Terms of Service)
5. Duplicate or Unauthorized Payments
If you were charged multiple times or notice an unauthorized transaction, please notify us immediately. Verified duplicate or fraudulent charges will be refunded in full.
6. Chargebacks and Account Termination
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us first may result in account suspension. We encourage you to reach out so we can resolve the issue fairly.
